Due to the nature of our customization and personalization process, we get asked questions all the time about our DVD products.  Maybe it's because we are so different from anyone else, or just because it sounds too good to be true. 

The bottom is this...In today's social and technological age, it only makes sense to provide the very best in multimedia video products.  So to us at OHI, it just makes sense to take that a step further and offer every Chiropractic Doctor their "very own" unique, one of a kind product that matches their practice personality.  By doing this we help doctors connect with their potential and current patients like never before.



Q:  How is my DVD going to be any different from any other doctor's product?

Every DVD video we produce is 100% customized for the doctor that ordered it.  AND IT COMES STANDARD.  Even the very basic DVD with no customization add-ons, will feature the doctor and practice name at least 5-6 times.  We strongly believe that this extra bit of personal attention makes our products extremely powerful.

Q:  How do the Custom and Super Custom Add-Ons work?

Custom Add-Ons - $10 each

1. Mission Statement (25-50 words or less)
   
   Every doctor has different vision concerning the welfare of their patients.  We allow you to share this information to build that special bond with your potential and current patients.  Let's face it most people have no idea about the doctor that is treating them, or why they do certain things.  It goes a long way to have that information readily available at all times.
   
   
2. Practice Philosophy (25-50 words or less)
   
   Every doctor has different ways of treating and adjusting patients.  Like the mission statement, letting people know your ideas will leave out all doubt and will eliminate surprises. 
   
   
3. Welcome Greeting (25-50 words or less)
   
   Before the video begins you can insert a special personal welcome greeting.  This will set the tone for the rest of the video and is very powerful since it came from the doctor.
   
   
4. Special Offers and Promotions (25-50 words or less)
   
   Almost every doctor has a special promotion running to save patients money or to offer more services.  Coincidentally almost all of these offers go unnoticed due to the lack of communication about the offers.  This segment will promote your offer and
   promotion every hour the video plays, increasing the chances of referrals dramatically.  

Super Custom Add-Ons - $25 each

1. 10 Pictures
   
   Adding pictures to your video will give it a much higher level of energy.  You can share pictures of memorable office moments, adjusting, staff and doctor pics, etc.  They can be whatever you want and is totally up to you.  And it's fun.
   
   
2. 30-60 sec Video From Staff Members
   
   When it comes to a practice, the people running that practice are as much, and sometimes even more important than the doctor.  By allowing the staff members to express themselves will completely change the atmosphere of the practice and will give your patients a sense of security.
   
   
3. 30-60 sec Video From The Doctor
   
   Having the doctor personally give a greeting is an amazing gift to patients.  Letting see that their doctor is "human" and approachable goes a long way for patient retention and referrals. 

Q:  How do you keep your prices so low?

We hear almost everyday that our prices are hundreds, and yes sometimes thousands of dollars less than anyone else on the market.  The primary reason for this is that ALL the work is done internally.  At OHI we have the most advanced video and audio editing equipment on the market.  So when it comes time to produce a video for our doctors, we handle every step from start to finish.

Q:  What if my video  messes up or I want to make changes to my Add-On's?

This is an easy fix.  If you are a registered member with OHI and you need a replacement video, or just want another duplicate of the original, the cost is only $29 + shipping.  For all unregistered members it's $79. 

If you have a staff or promotion change, for example, and actually need to change some of the Add-On information, the replacement is $29 plus the cost of the new Add-On's and shipping. 

Q:  What if I don't want any add-ons and just the base DVD?

No problem.  The beauty is that you still get basic personalization with your name (doctor) and the practice name included.  We want everyone to have their own DVD that is unique.

Q:  Do I have the option of changing the background music?

This is a hot topic right now and this option is coming soon and will be standard for every DVD produced in the future.  We are in the process of contacting different musical publishers for the approval to play their music. 

When this option does happen, you can play the same video everyday, but have different music behind it to eliminate stagnation.  We want people to constantly be looking at your videos. 

To honor those who purchase DVD's prior to this option, we will gladly replace the DVD for free and only charge a nominal fee of $25 per track (up to five) for the addition of different music.

Q:  What are my member benefits again?
